regarding a particular topic. This helps readers understand the
issues better and make better decisions based on the
information.
4. Showing alternative perspectives society: Argumentative texts
often present various different perspectives on an issue. This
helps readers understand that there is more than one way to
look at an issue and evaluate arguments based on different
points of view.

B. Structure of argumentative text:
Thesis:
it introduces the issue and the writers point of view about the
issue of the topic.
Argument:
They elaborate and provide several reason to the readers
about the writers’ arguments in order to support the writers’
point of view about the issue on the thesis statement.
