unprecedented pace. Technological changes, driven by the pandemic, have revolutionized how carriers and agencies conduct business. Insurance coverage itself is evolving, with cyber insurance, employment practices liability, and other coverages becoming commonplace. These changes, combined with the rise of the younger generation in the workforce, are propelling the industry forward. It is an exhilarating time to be in insurance, with abundant opportunities for growth and rewards.
Who inspires you, and why?
My greatest inspiration comes from the values instilled in me by my father, Paul Harrington. He taught me that unwavering focus and hard work can lead to remarkable achievements. As the youngest of twelve children, he didn't have much growing up. He believed that "work is its own reward" and "if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life." One of his guiding principles was to recognize those who were less fortunate and not to take financial success lightly. He led by example, choosing not to indulge in expensive possessions but instead prioritizing making a difference. Importantly, he also taught me the significance of enjoying the journey and having fun. His legacy of hard work, doing what's right, and finding joy along the way continues to shape my approach to life.
What aspect of your role as agency president are you most proud of?
While I take pride in many aspects, I am especially proud of our exceptional team at Clyde Paul. We have a phenomenal group of individuals who consistently give their all to support one another and our clients. Our focus lies not only on individual performance but also on teamwork, operational excellence, and cultivating strong client relationships. We prioritize personal development, continuous learning, and growth. Our seasoned professionals take pride in sharing their knowledge and upholding our agency standards, while our newer team members

bring a contagious energy and passion to the team. Witnessing the growth of our team and watching new members embrace our culture of service and professionalism has been incredibly invigorating. All of this aligns perfectly with the values my father imparted— working hard, learning, and having fun as a team!
What advice would you give to other women considering a career in the insurance industry?
I would tell them that the insurance industry offers tremendous opportunities and is an amazing field to build a career. Each day in the insurance industry brings new challenges and experiences. You can become an expert in various areas such as marketing, technology, finance, risk management, sales, economics, artificial intelligence, forensic investigations, or construction. Insurance merges these areas of expertise to help real businesses and individuals protect their assets. Now more than
