° Kahoot does not collect any personal information from a person who
merely plays a kahoot. When signing up for a free account, children under 16
do not have access for searching or making public kahoots, although they
can make private ones. The personal information will be collected when
creating an account that is used to respond to inquiries, send newsletter,
allow participation in sweepstakes, share Kahoots, and for their own busi-
ness purposes, such as data analysis, fraud monitoring and prevention, or
developing new products.
° Users have access and control over the Kahoot! Account and the devices
that are used to access the Service. Users are responsible for updating and
maintaining the accuracy of the information they provide to Kahoot! relat-
ing to their account. Kahoot! can terminate users’ accounts or place users’
accounts on hold in order to protect users, Kahoot! or their partners from
conducting or attempting to conduct identity theft or other fraudulent activ-
ity. Also please remember that the Kahoot! Service is integrated with third
party applications, websites, and services (“Third Party Applications”) to
make available content, products, and/or services to users. Kahoot! does
not endorse and is not responsible or liable for the behavior, features, or
content of any Third Party Application or for any transaction users may enter
into with the provider of any such Third Party Applications.
