Of course. I’d like to, but I can’t.

I’d be happy to. I’d love to, but I’m busy right now.

                     I’d be glad to.
                     My pleasure.

                    2. Modals Will and Shall

                    The structure:

                           Subject + auxiliary verb (will/shall) + Main verb (V-1)

                    a. Will
Will is used for affirmative and negative sentences about the future. It is also used for requests too. Will
is used for the following situation.
                    1) There is no plan or decision to do something before we speak.
                    2) To make prediction about the future.

                    3) The main verb is be; we can use will even if we have a firm plan or decision before speaking or at
                        the moment of speaking.

                    4) To make a request.
                    5) To make promises and offers.
                    6) To describe the consequence of a conditional phrase.

                    b. Shall
Shall is only used for future time reference with I and we, and is more formal than will. Shall is used for
                    the following situation.
                    1) To express formal obligations.
                    2) To make suggestions using I or we.
                    3) To make a promise.
                    4) To describe the future very formally.
                    5) To make offers using I or we.

                                                                                                    Source: https://bitly.ws/VzJ3
