Saffron ran most of the way to the paddock. The horses were in and the after work riders were there. She didn’t bother to change into her riding clothes, she felt like riding bareback anyway. She tightened her helmet strap, caught Magic with her bridle, lined her up to a handy barrel and vaulted from it onto Magic’s back.
