With The Next Wave initiatives, we are metamorphosing into an employee-centric organisation, we have
successfully taken intact living conditions as the foundation for ANJ Factory at Wada.
With over 300 + accommodation units for our factory workers with all basic amenities, enclosed between the
natural environment for a better mental and physical well being.
We are focusing upon providing suitable and sustainable habitat, we have provided food services, generated
through farming plots within the factory premises. Along with recreational spaces including playgrounds and
gym areas on each floor for a healthy lifestyle.
