Contemporary Confluence

The office designed for TATA Chemicals Limited is a breath of fresh air, simplistic in planning &
soothing in look & feel. The space so designed aims at representing the confluence of TCL &
Rallis. The design highlights a mix of Focus, Collaboration, Social & Rejuvenation zones. The
design approach follows the principle, “Smart is Sustainable. Sustainable is Scalable.” The said
office space is also the personification of Democratic Workspace, as it gives one the freedom

to choose between I own, I share, We own & We share spaces.

Starting with the floorplan, it is divided into 3 parts i.e. TCL, Rallis & their common zone
(comprises the reception, waiting lounge, client interaction space & cafeteria). The dynamic

angles reflected in the layout of the pathways as well as in various elements such as the
reception area, flooring pattern, partitions, etc. are made in an attempt to reflect the
Architectural façade of the building, Lodha Excelus, Wadala, to create a unification of the
exterior & interior design.
