Dear OSU Baptist Collegiate Ministry Selection Committee:
We are pleased to share the qualifications of Integrated Architecture (IA) as a prime architect for Baptist Collegiate
Ministry (BCM) for Design and Construction of a New Multi-use Center Facility to be located at 1124 W. McElroy Road in
Stillwater. We have carefully considered your Request for Proposal dated April 01, 2021 and believe we are a qualified
team for your project.
The IA team, including consultants selected for this project, combines skills and talents to provide professional
architectural service to the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma (BGCO). It is our experience and time working
together that has created personal bonds which will be reflected in the efficiency of a unified team. This experience
together enhances internal and external communication, design collaboration, and a unified team approach to project
execution. Quality projects come from a combination of technical knowledge, design talent, communication, and a
desire to serve the client with the highest level of respect and professionalism. This team of individuals possesses all
these qualities. Some of the specific strengths of this team include:
Management & Technical Experience: IA’s Mark Gandy will serve as Project Manager and Project Architect.
We will take responsibility for the management of the project and the design. Mark has previously led teams on
numerours Baptist church projects and dozens of higher education projects in his career with a full range of
engineering consultants and specialty design consultants.
Education & Christian Ministry Design Experience: Mark Gandy has not only managed numerous christian
ministry and higher education projects but he has also been the lead designer on many of them. In addition to
Mark’s extensive experience in education and christian ministries, we also include the added experience of Nate
Baker in design and firm leadership. Nate has a deep histroy and knowledge in Baptist ministry facilities and
higher education. We have a collaborative design approach to include the team we have assembled and all the
stakeholders in the project.
Team Culture: We are always striving to lead and promote teamwork with all of our clients and consultants. The
concept of teamwork on the project level only works if we, as an architecture firm, truly work as a team. We are
always working to build our internal team bonds in order to help lead and promote that culture on all project teams.
The team presented in this proposal will provide the capability and performance which will help give OSU BCM the
opportunity to provide the best possible project results for its leadership and the students to fulfill the ministry goals
and objectives.
The enclosed materials provide an overview of our qualifications, as well as general information on our team and staff
of professionals. Our team is looking forward to the opportunity to assist the OSU BCM reach its goals for a new mulit-
use ministry facility at Oklahoma State University.
