Considering the socio-economic factors outlined in the previous section we now shift our focus to how these and other related factors enhance or limit the actual access of Ohio’s families to the services our network provides.
Once again, these factors can also inform the review and development of CAC services with an eye toward ensuring that they are maximally supportive and responsive to local expectations and needs. By addressing these barriers early in service planning and integrating these conversations into MDT strategy - we can endeavor to meet our community where they are at more effectively.
