3. Achievements:

a. Weekly Finance report is being made available to all branch officers which is
contributing to transparent working of finance department.
b. Finance section has dealt 1769 Finance proposals which comprises of Estimates,
Quotations, Indents, Briefs Notes, Agreements/Sub-Agreements, and Variations etc
to end of Nov-19, wherein savings amounting to Rs 4.93 Crs were achieved.
c. The savings achieved in internal check of Establishment items is Rs 0.35 Crs during
the financial year.
d. An amount of Rs 37.78 Lakhs pertaining to 108 items of various deposits of
Suspense balances have been cleared.
e. Payment of salaries, PF withdrawals, settlements, and all other staff payments to
6,146 employees of the division are being arranged online through CIPS.
f. 159 MACPS proposals cleared in the current financial year till date
g. Refixation of Pay on account of bunching in VII CPC was done in 700 cases and
arrears for 3 years from 01.01.2016 to till date were arranged.
h. 40 Completion Reports were drawn for completed works.
 There are no cases of unsanctioned expenditure during the current financial year.
 2160 bills towards Payment to the contractors and suppliers have been cleared
during the current year.
 Settlement of 165 NR cases and 52 ONR cases were done and e-PPOs issued in
the current financial year Upto Nov‟19.
 Annual Closure of PF accounts for 2018-19 has been done. NPS subscriptions have
been uploaded upto Nov‟2019 to M/s NSDL/Mumbai.
 Pre-2016 PPOs numbering 10041 have been revised as on date.
 25 inspections of Executive Offices were done for effective functioning of offices.
