            PNM & PREM Meetings:

                   PNM meetings with SCRES and SCRMU are conducted regularly on the division.

            10.3:  SAMADHAN: An Employee Empowerment Centre Web based Portal  to redress the
                      Grievances of Employees/Retired employees in time bound and systematic
                      manner was launched  on 15.08.2017 by DRM/HYB in HYDERABAD BHAVAN.

                     Grievances can be submitted in SAMADHAN Portal by
                   -      Applications can be submitted in SAMADHAN
                   -      By logging into www.grievancehybscr.com or
                   -      Can be sent by post to DRM/HYB or
                   -      Call on Phone Nos.040-27788999 or Rly.No.88999
                   -      Send your grievance through mail – grievances@hyb.railnet.gov.in

            Efforts are made to solve the Grievances within 10 days of time.  The time to time action
            taken on the Grievances will be intimated to the applicant through SMS.

                     No.of Grievances  attended/closed: 199
                     No.of Grievances Pending as on 01.12.2019: 15

            10.4: NEW INITIATIVES:

            1.  ONR CASES

                a) Injury/Death on Duty/VR Cases
                b) To speed up the settlement benefits, a Toll Free No. 9701372617  introduced to
                    give message  to Sr.DPO by the concerned supervisor
                c) On receipt of the same cases will be finalized immediately.
