IMPROVEMENTS CARRIED OUT FOR REDUCTION OF FAILURES

 Replaced 11.24 Kms of Defective Signalling Cables identified during annual
cable meggering.

 Replaced 784 nos. of various capacities of secondary cells which completed
their codal life.

 Replaced 24 Nos. of worn out point machines along with ground connection
and insulations.

 Replaced 192 nos. of worn out panel knobs.

 Annual Cable meggering completed at 72 locations as per schedule. No
locations are overdue.

 System Integrity test carried out at 09 stations as per schedule. No stations are
overdue.

 Replaced 141 Nos. of over aged Track Feed Battery Chargers.

ASSISTANCE REQUIRED

 RRB indents sent to Hqrs. for 14 posts of ESM Gr.II, 14 posts of ESM Gr.III
and 10 posts of TCM Gr.III in the year 2015 but no allotment given.

 RRB indents sent to Hqrs. for 06 posts of ESM Gr.II, 16 posts of ESM Gr.III
and 12 posts of TCM Gr.III in the year 2016 but no allotment given.

 Proposal for creation of 04 posts for MLR Workshop at KRNT has been sent to
Hqrs. Same may be sanctioned.

 Proposal for creation of 21 posts for MMTS Phase – II has been sent to Hqrs.
Same may be sanctioned.
