at the originating station and update the details of their journey in the Google
spread sheet and forward the same to the next RPF Post in-charge enroute at the
next stoppage station for further updating and forwarding the Google sheet to next
RPF Post till the train reaches the destination point. Onduty staff/officer enroute
are attending the train and ascertaining the safety of identified women passengers
travelling alone and updating the google sheet in coordination with the Divisional
Security Control Room/HYB-Division who will ensure the feedback of the google
sheet from the destination station. This initiative has been yielding good results in
security point of view and receiving passengers‟ appreciation.
PASSENGER AWARENESS PROGRAMMES:-
In view of resumption of more Train Services, as per the directions of Railway
Board and Headquarters, Passenger Awareness Campaigns are being conducted
at major railway stations over Hyderabad Division.
In which, displayed the pamphlets/flexi boards containing the guidelines issued by
Railway board from time to time on Dos & Donts by the passengers during the
journey in trains and railway premises to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection
and also to avoid crime against them by using the facility of 182 Security Helpline.
All on duty officers and staff on platforms and in trains are being sensitized to
guide the passengers to strictly follow the guidelines/press release of Railway
Board on COVID-19 during their journey in trains.
