• The complainant should be interviewed early, and the investigator should follow up with the complainant as necessary to be effective and as appropriate to the individual circumstances of the investigation
• At the conclusion of the investigation, the investigator will report the findings to the appropriate management employee who will ask for more information if necessary.
• Once the investigation is complete, management will determine whether misconduct occurred.
• Where necessary, the company must issue discipline, training, or termination to the accused.
