Retaliation Must Be Strictly Prohibited
It is of crucial importance that all individuals who are involved in the investigation be informed of the Company’s policy prohibiting retaliation against any individual who complains or who participates in a company investigation. The law prohibits retaliation against any employee who participates in the investigations process.
