A Note from the Artistic Director

Happy New Year!
Well, we made it through 2020, and we’re finally in a new (and hopefully improved)
year. Thank you for being with us as we celebrate that we’re all still standing and
able to be together.
This gala, though in a virtual format, is a chance for us to express our appreciation
for everyone who makes up the Dreamcatcher community: the board, staff,
ensemble and audience. We are making our way through the shutdown in the most
creative way possible, with your support and participation.
The gala is also an opportunity to ask for your financial support to enable us to
continue providing programming to the public and employment to our artists.
Dreamcatcher has not had to furlough or lay off any staff, and has endeavored to
provide jobs to our actors, writers and directors throughout the pandemic. We are
providing a thread of connection from the time before to the time to come, when we
can do what we do in person, with you.
We hope you enjoy tonight’s festivities. We raise our glasses to you!
