Communication is the key to the successful marketing and sale of your
property.
Your Salesperson will meet with you to discuss the market and different
marketing options that may suit you and your circumstances, advise on
preparing your home for sale and work with you to finalise any marketing
plan.
We will take you through step by step Our Agency Agreement and let you
know what your obligations are to us and our commitment and obligations
to you.
Throughout the marketing process your salesperson will regularly report to
you, provide feedback and carefully monitor the progress of the marketing
plan. When negotiating the sale of your home you can be assured that we
will be with you every step of the way.
