       There are three distinct selling opportunities during the process:
       Pre-Auction
       Auction Day
       Post-Auction


       Your property will be marketed without a price during the Pre-Auction and Auction Day
       stages enabling us to test the market without disclosing your asking price thus
       eliminating the RISK OF UNDERSELLING.


       By marketing your property without a price it cannot be compared with others and
       no-one can say it is overpriced.


       With your assistance your property will receive greater exposure in the market place
       creating ADDITIONAL PROFILE which will raise the level of awareness above that of
       competitive properties currently for sale.
