Being Social
Many of our agents reach further into their communities,
raising awareness via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
With thousands of people actively engaged, it's just another
way we work to answer community questions, promote great
ideas, share information about the property market and, of
course, market property.
On average, our sellers allow 0.25% to 0.5% of the home's value towards the
marketing campaign.
Through our Social Media platforms we can advertise your home through a paid
promotional advert and specifically target people who are looking to buy a home
just like yours. We can advertise your home For Sale or advertise the Open Homes
through this method.
Your home could reach between 600-2000 people or more on FaceBook and
somewhere between 200-2000 or more advert engagements.
Advert engagements are when someone comments on the ad, 'likes' or 'reacts' to
the ad, shares the ad and views the ad whereas advert 'reaches' is only when
someone has seen the ad.
Choosing The Right Websites For
Your Home
When looking for a home or property to buy most people
start their searches on line because it is a quick and
convenient way to filter through their interests, price ranges
and needs of a home.
Most commonly they will start their searches on
realestate.co.nz and trademe.co.nz which is why we cover the cost of the standard
listings on these sites for all properties listed with us. However each website offer
different options to market your home, they all have different marketing packages
and different ways to feature your home on line. Depending on your budget, how
you want to market your home, who you want to market it to and what kind of home
you are marketing will all depend on where you focus your advertising budget.
If you have a large home with lots of bedrooms, extra living area, large outdoor
areas and/or other property features you might prefer to put some money into
Featuring your home on RealEstate.co.nz as this website allows more photos than
TradeMe.co.nz so you will be able to show more of your home.
If you have an average sized 3 or less bedroom home with 1 bathroom, 1 living room
and kitchen, your photo tour shouldn't exceed the photo limit on TradeMe.co.nz so
you wouldn't be at a loss if you wished to feature it here.
