Coupling Up and Uncoupling Trailers (ARTICS)

Park the vehicle and trailer on legal

and level ground then level the

suspension

Note:

Apply the vehicle handbrake, turn off the engine, use 3 points on

contact to climb out of the cab, close the door and ensure you are

wearing the correct PPE

Apply the trailer parking brake by pulling the red RASSoW - 04Q

Coupling up and
knob out (towards you) you may now hear a uncoupling Operations

rush of air.
