On completion of your duties ensure you report to the site office and

inform them you have completed your duties and are now leaving site.

In addition to this remember to have your paperwork signed by an

authorised staff member.

Whilst on Site:

Remember you are a representative of MID UK and

are to conduct yourself in a courteous professional

and helpful manner. You are to comply with all site

rulings. Your PPE is to be always worn whilst on site

and is also to be presented in a clean and tidy state. HSF18
