UN-Loading the Trailer:

Prior to Unloading:

Ensure the vehicle and trailer are both parked on level

ground and the correct 5 pieces of PPE is worn:

1. Hard Hat 2. Safety Boots 3. Hi Viz 4. Gloves 5. Glasses.

Stop short of the unloading area you are about to

unload into. Apply the handbrake, turn off the engine, (Image 2)

and exit the vehicle.

Operate the air safety lever (Image 1) and then

turn on the control box switch to the walking floor

(Image 2). Open the rear barn doors, OPEN each door

with caution, as pressure may have built up on the

securing locks. As you open the door walk backwards RASSoW 15Q

and monitor the load and safely secure the doors Walking Floor Operations

back ensuring the handles are positioned at a

12 O'clock position. Image 3.
