Lowering / Lifting the Bin to and from the Ground:
Slow and accurate placement of the hook
is required onto the bin to prevent any
damage to the bin. Once connected
conformation of hook attachment
must also be gained by the driver
prior to lifting.
The driver is to then dismount from
the vehicle wearing PPE and is to
