Driver Risk Assessment & Safe System of Work
Arriving on site:
On arrival to
site the driver
must report to
the site office/
weighbridge
and report in.
1. Identify your contact on site.

2. Ensure you have had a site induction before proceeding. Low Loader Trailer
3. Ensure you have all your PPE on. and Vehicle
4. Confirm your collection/delivery machine with your site contact.

5. Ensure the area for loading/unloading is a safe area. Review by Steve Bennett
