Driver Risk Assessment & Safe System of Work
Before Starting:
Driver Risk Assessment
DO NOT Load or Unload
WITHOUT conducting a visual Risk Assessment first
Identify A safe area away from people and buildings if possible.
Identify All overhead wires and cables
Identify All slippery Surfaces (including the trailer bed)
Identify Any manhole covers and greats
Identify Holes, Potholes, buildings and obstructions

Identify All safe secure and solid platforms to stop the vehicle safely
