Educational Considerations
● The hybrid model is not sustainable, especially at the elementary level.
● The hybrid model has proven to be very inefficient, and in many cases students have
had difficulty logging on and remaining engaged remotely.
● Students have been extremely compliant in following mitigation strategies when in
school.
● Students and staff have now become entrenched in building routines which will help
when more more students are in the building.
