Staff : Good afternoon, Ms. Karina. Can I help
you?
Guest : Well, I hope you can. I am in room C 03. I
have some complaints about my room.
Staff : What’s exactly wrong about your
room,madam?
Guest : Well, I just checked in earlier when I came
into the room, the room and the bathroom
were dirty. It’s so stingy, too.
Staff : I am sorry to hear that Ms. Karina. I will
send someone to have a look at it
immediately.
Guest : I want to move to another room, or else I am
going to report this to your manager.
Staff : Yes, Ms. Karina. I will see what I can do for
you. Please hold a minute in the lounge
while I sort this out. I’ll arrange for a
complimentary drink for you.
Guest : Well, alright, then. This is so disappointing
for me. I was looking forward to stay in your
hotel.
Staff : I do really apologize. Ms. Karina. We have
found another room for you. That is our
garden pool villa with a private pool. Do you
want to move to this room?
Guest : Sure. How about the payment?
