Staff : Good afternoon, Ms. Cantika. Thank you for
your help with this matter. This is Ms Karina.
She had reserved a king sized bed, but we only
reserved a room with a double bed for her. I’d
talked to hear and she, she asked whether she
could upgrade her room to suite.
Manager : I understand, thank you. Hallo Ms. Karina I
apologize for the inconvenience. Let's see what
we can do for you. I do really apologize for the
inconvenience you’ve suffered. We will move
you to queen size bed.While we sort this out,
could you wait in the lounge? We will arrange
complimentary drink for you.
Guest : Well, alright then.
Manager : Thank you for bringing this matter to our
attention, Ms. Karina. Have a nice day.
