Some states have unique requirements surrounding vacation time, often related to carry-over and
payout on termination. Kontoor Brands intends to be in compliance with all applicable state law.
In the event of any conflict between this policy and the requirements of applicable law, the
Company will comply with applicable law. If you have any questions about a local law and its
applicability, please discuss with your Human Resources Business Partner.
