Vacation Leave Policy

              Kontoor Brands is proud to offer a comprehensive vacation policy because the Company
              recognizes the importance of time away from work.  Kontoor employees will receive time off
              based on their service time with the Company.  Vacation time is awarded to all regular, full-time
              employees.  Part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least twenty (20) weekly
              hours will receive a prorated amount.


              All time off will be tracked per Calendar Year.  The length of service is based on the number of
              years as of January 1 before the anniversary date.

              Employees must notify their supervisor of the dates they would like to use vacation time off at the
              earliest time possible. The request for vacation time should be entered in Workday, coding the
              request as vacation. The request will be routed to your leader for approval. Your leader must
              approve the request prior to your vacation time off.  While Kontoor Brands desires to approve all
              vacation requests, there may be instances in which a leader is unable to approve a request based
              on business needs and/or staffing requirements (such as when another employee in the
              department has already requested and been approved for vacation during the same time period).
              Requesting vacation as far in advance as possible will provide employees the best chance of having
              requests approved.  Taking time off as vacation without properly recording the time as vacation in
              Workday may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

              Annual vacation allotment will be reflected in Workday at the beginning of each year. New hires
              have a 30 day waiting period to use vacation and will see their vacation balance at the time they
              are eligible to take vacation leave.


              Vacation days available to Kontoor Brands Salary and Exception Hourly (non-exempt) employees
              are as follows:
