requested for 100% of all tuition fees, mandatory fees including all registration and lab fees and all
              required textbooks, up to the limits set forth in this Policy. Kontoor Brands reserves the right to
              consider the appropriateness of any unusual or unreasonable charges.

              The maximum reimbursement is $5,250 per calendar year for salary and exception hourly
              employees and $1,000 per year for hourly employees.

              The following expenses will not be reimbursed:
                  •  Finance charges
                  •  Penalty fees
                  •  Stationery and supplies (pencils, paper, etc.)
                  •  Meals and Lodging
                  •  Parking and student activity fees
                  •  Transportation

              Within 60 days of satisfactory completion, an itemized invoice indicating individual charges as well
              as a receipt or cancelled check and an official report (i.e., transcript) of final grades are required to
              be submitted to Human Resources before any reimbursement is made. Reimbursements are
              generally made within 30 days after submitting the required documentation. All reimbursements
              are paid from the general assets of Kontoor Brands.

              Satisfactory completion of a course is made when the employee receives a grade of "C" or higher,
              a grade of 70% or higher, or an appropriate indication of "passing" the course. No reimbursement
              will be made for a failing or unsatisfactory grade, or for an incomplete or withdrawal. If an
              employee cannot complete a course because of unanticipated work or travel requirements,
              Kontoor Brands may reimburse covered costs if approval is obtained from the Human Resources
              Department prior to dropping the course. If educational expenses are reimbursed by scholarships,
              grants, or through Veterans' Administration benefits, GI Bill or by any other organization, Kontoor
              Brands shall reimburse the difference, if any, between the payment from the other organization
              and the amount the employee would otherwise be reimbursed under the Program up to the
              applicable reimbursement limits.

              Kontoor Brands will reimburse the cost of a second CPA exam when necessary. Tuition
              reimbursement will also be allowed for repeating a preparatory class prior to retaking the exam.

              Repayment
              An employee will be required to reimburse Kontoor Brands a prorated amount if the employee
              voluntarily terminates service or is terminated for cause within three years of course completion in
              accordance with the following schedule:
                  •  Less than 12 months after course completion: 100%
                  •  12 –less than 24 months after course completion: 66 2/3%
                  •  24-less than 36 months after course completion: 33 1/3%
                  •  36 months or more after course completion: 0%
