                                                                  Maintaining our Company’s high standards for ethical business
                                                                  conduct requires us to act with honesty and lead with integrity.
                                                                  There may be times when you need to make a business
                                                                  decision, but the right thing to do is not immediately clear.
                                                                  In those instances, asking these questions can be helpful:









                                                                     • Is it legal?

                                                                     • Is it consistent with our Code of
                                                                       Conduct?
                                                                     • Does it reflect our Company’s values?

                                                                     • Would you be comfortable if others
                                                                       knew about it?






                                                                  If the answer to any of these questions is “no,”
                                                                  don’t move forward with the action. If you are not
                                                                  sure, seek guidance.
