Within the exis ng extension our proposals included
reorganisa on of the visitor entrance sequence,
reloca on of the recep on, crea on of an addi onal
coff ee bar area, sea ng areas and kitchen extension as
well as the design of bespoke pieces of furniture. We
planned that this would release several rooms within the
listed structure for conference and promo onal ac vi es
which allowed an addi onal income stream.
