Part of the conference program were some examples of Albanian and international solidarity,
various initiatives in support of the homeless caused by the earthquake of November 26 2019 in
Albania and during the period of isolation due to Covid-19. Solidarity manifested in art through
music, mural art, etc.

The severe consequences of the tragic earthquake of November 26 showed the feature of Albanian
volunteerism and solidarity, both inside and outside the borders of Albania. Solidarity was also
from Western Balkan Countries as Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, Europe countries etc. Many
volunteers offered in various forms their contribution by serving extended hours in homeless
service by donating time, energy, money, love and humanity for recovery from the consequences
catastrophic November 2019 earthquake, being extraordinary examples of humanism and model
of solidarity inspiration for everybody.
