When top performers leave the company, why do they leave
and where do they usually go?
This is tough for the interviewer to answer because she might
not want to identify the company that seems to get the top
performers. But if she is as confident about her company as
she is about you, she will assume you already know about
that company and that it is probably also considering you.
The implicit question is, Why should I work for your company
instead of the other one?
