Evaluation of faculty performance by the students and supervisor is regularly conducted. This is in line
with the revised policies on Performance Evaluation System enunciated under CSC Resolution 1200481 and
CSC MC No. 6, S. 2012, where the University adopts the Performance Evaluation System as the Isabela State
University Strategic Performance Management System (ISUSPMS). Each employee is rated on the basis of
the levels of performance based on the following:
i. Commitment,
ii. Knowledge of the subject matter,
iii. Teaching for independent learning, and
iv. Management of learning.
