1. SYSTEM- INPUTS AND PROCESSES

➢ Present and/ or cite policies on management of learning
Based on the student manual, the following policies are observed
▪ All students are required to attend the prescribed number of hours in subject. Any students who,
due to inevitable circumstances, is absent from the class shall secure an excuse slip from the
Guidance Office to be presented to the professor, if due to illness, a medical certificate must be
submitted upon verification by the Campus/University Physician/ Nurse.
▪ Any student who incurs more than 20% absence of the total number of lecture and laboratory
hours in a term without valid reasons shall be dropped from the class roll.
▪ A 15-minute tardiness shall be equivalent to one hour period of absence
▪ Time lost due to late enrolment will be computed in the total number of absences

2. IMPLEMENTATION
➢ Described the system to ensure effective classroom management
a. Maintaining classroom discipline
b. The attendance of the students are strictly checked
c. The students must observe the scheduled classes
d. The students must have to submit their requirements on the set deadline
e. The students must observe cleanliness and orderliness

➢ Monitoring students’ progress
a. The policies of management of learning are enforced and closely monitored
b. Students’ activities are well planned and implemented
c. The faculty continuously guide every student in the class for independent study and research
d. The output of students are submitted on time
e. Student interns are monitored

➢ Developing responsibility and initiative among students
a. The students are given library work and home work
b. The output of students on library work/ homework are checked and monitored
c. Sharing of students’ experience in the class

➢ Enhancing the pedagogical skill of the faculty
a. The faculty of the program are attending seminars/ training or work shop both local and
international to enhance their skill
b. The faculty of the program present papers in local and international conferences, and publish the
same in journals.
c. The faculty have strong linkages with government agencies such as research and consultancy

3. OUTCOMES
➢ Present evidences that learning is efficiently and effectively managed
a. Students’ prelim, midterm and final examination results
b. Students’ records
c. The students’ output on research, term paper and report
d. Students’ evaluation showing faculty performance
