Student recognition for exemplary academic performance
Luis Philip L. Santiago, a third year Public Administration student was awarded a
Plaque of Recognition as a third placer for the search for Most Outstanding Student of the
year for the school year 2021-2022.
He is also an awardee of the University Scholarship program of the Office of
Students Affairs and Services (OSAS) of the Isabela State University- Echague Campus.
