You have joined one of the fastest growing educational institution in North Caloocan
City. Whether you come to the school as teaching personnel or non-teaching personnel,
please know that you play an invaluable role in the life of our organization. We hope that
you will find your stint here at ICC as a fruitful and rewarding experience.
This Manual was prepared by the Director for Administrative Services to acquaint you
with the various HR policies of Immaculada Concepcion College. It is intended to give you a
better understanding of your responsibilities and the conditions under which you work. In a
nutshell, it contains about the institution, a description of its mandate, functions and
operations, and the rules and regulations governing the workplace. This Manual should
answer the questions most frequently asked by employees and serve as a "ready reference"
for you. Your immediate head or supervisor can help you with any questions you have that
are not answered here.
We are pleased to have you as part of Immaculada Concepcion College. Our human
resources are what make this organization truly the school of choice.

Using this Manual
This Manual replaces and supersedes all prior employee Manuals regarding employment or
Human Resource matters effective immediately upon approval of the Executive Management
Committee. We encourage all employees to read and become familiar with the policies of
the Institution and their department. The School reserves the right to modify any of our
policies and procedures, including those covered in this Manual, at any time.
This ICC Faculty Manual is a reference tool which contains information about Immaculadian
employment conditions, opportunities, policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
This Manual is an extension of the Administrative Manual and Employee Manual, and will
serve as a guide in providing a fair and equitable environment for all Immaculadian Faculty
Members. It will also help to ensure uniformity of personnel policy interpretation and
application in all academic and service units.
Your department has additional specific procedures for many of the general policies stated
in the Manual. You are expected to learn your department's procedures and comply with
them. You are also expected to conform to the professional standards of your occupation.
Please direct any questions to your supervisor, department head, or to the Human
Resources Development and Management Office.
