Instruction





                                                           In  a  large  bowl,  season  the  chicken  breast
                                                           with  yoghurt,  turmeric,  salt,  pepper,  1
                                                           teaspoon of chili powder. Let sit for an hour

                                                           to marinate.
                                                           Melt  2  tablespoons  of  butter  in  a  large  pot
                                                           over medium heat. Brown the chicken or air

                                                           fry  for  10-12mins  at  375  /grill  /bake  then
                                                           remove.
                                                           Melt  another  2  tablespoons  of  butter  in  the

                                                           pot,  then  add  cumin  seeds,  chopped  onion,
                                                           ginger  garlic  paste  and  garam  masala,

                                                           remaining teaspoon of chili powder, cayenne,
                                                           cinnamon,  salt  and  pepper.  Cook  until
                                                           fragrant.
                                                           Add chopped tomatoes, 1 glass of water and

                                                           close with lid and let it cook for 10mins. Until
                                                           the  tomatoes  soften.  Using  a  hand  blender

                                                           make it to smooth paste.
                                                           To  this  add  double  cream  and  return  to  a
                                                           simmer.  You  can  now  add  fenugreek  &
                                                           chopped coriander.

                                                           Return  the  chicken  to  the  pot,  cover,  and
                                                           simmer for another 10-15 minutes.

                                                           Stir  in  the  last  2  tablespoons  of  butter  and
                                                           season with more salt and pepper to taste.
                                                           Serve the chicken over rice and garnish with

                                                           cilantro.

                                                          Rice

                                                          Add 1 cup raw rice. Wash thoroughly.
                                                          Always take measurement of 1 cup rice with 2
                                                          cups water. Optional to use 1tablespoon
                                                          cumin seeds .
                                                          Steam 10-12mins in a big bowl or instapot low
                                                          12mins.
                                                          Garnish with cilantro .
