Legal Scheme As you know as a member of West Midlands Police Federation you are fully protected should you face an allegation, either Criminal or Misconduct, in relation to your Office of Constable. However you also face the additional peril from allegations made against you that originate from your personal life maybe even before you joined the job that may threaten your career.
