Le Centre Interprofessionnel de Formation
d’Apprentis Jean Lameloise, situé à
Mercurey, en Bourgogne Franche-Comté,
près de Chalon-sur-Saône, propose des
formations par alternance, principalement
sous la forme de contrat d’apprentissage.
Le CIFA Jean Lameloise est un
établissement géré conjointement, depuis
1979, par la Chambre de Commerce
et d’Industrie de Saône et Loire et la
Chambre de Métiers et de l’Artisanat de
Bourgogne dans le cadre de l’association
A.I.F.A. : Association Interconsulaire pour
Favoriser l’Apprentissage.
Depuis le 1er janvier 2020, le
fonctionnement du CIFA est assuré par
les OPCO (opérateurs de compétences),
les investissements demeurant de la
compétence du Conseil régional de
Bourgogne Franche-Comté.
Lors du 20ème anniversaire de
l’établissement, en 1999, le CIFA a pris
le nom de son Président fondateur : Jean
Lameloise.

The Interprofessionnal Jean Lameloise
Apprentices Training Centre, located in
Mercurey, Burgundy Franche-Comté,
offers general lessons and professional
training.
Since 1979, CIFA Jean Lameloise has
been jointly managed by the Chamber
of Commerce and Industry from Saone
et Loire and the Chamber of Trades and
Crafts from Burgundy within the framework
of the A.I.F.A. : Interconsular Association
for Fostering Learning.
Since January 1, 2020, CIFA’s operation
has come under the OPCO (skills
operators), investments falling within
the authority of the Regional Council of
Burgundy Franche-Comté.
On the 20th anniversary of the Centre,
the CIFA took the name of its founder
President Jean Lameloise, three-star
restaurant in Chagny.
