We use the Present Continuous to talk about actions that are
happening now.
Affirmative

S + am/is/are + V-ing
Grammar point She is talking on the phone.

Negative

S + am/is/are + NOT + V-ing
She isn’t talking on the phone.

Interrogative
Am/is/are + S + V-ing?

Is she talking on the phone?
Yes, she is. / No, she isn’t.
