DIVERSIFIED EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK

PTO is paid at the employee's base pay rate at the time of absence. It does not include overtime or any special forms of
compensation such as incentives, commissions or bonuses.
Used PTO should be reported each pay period via Dayforce. You can check your PTO balance in Dayforce, which
summarizes hours taken, hours accrued and ending balance. Notify the PeopleTeam immediately if you find an error in the
        PTO report.
Unused accrued PTO will be paid at the end of employment with Diversified. PTO rolled over from the previous style will
not be paid at end of employment (unless required by state and/or local laws). PTO may not be used once a two-week
notice of employment termination is given.
Please see the updated PTO policy on the Human Resources OneStop page for additional information and details on the
        Sales PTO plan.

        BEREAVEMENT LEAVE
Employees who wish to take time off due to the death of an immediate family member should notify their supervisor
immediately. Up to 3 days of paid bereavement leave will be provided to benefits-eligible employees. Consideration for the
amount of leave will be guided by the relationship and any travel which may be required.

Bereavement pay is calculated based on the base pay rate at the time of absence and will not include any special forms of
compensation, such as incentives, commissions or bonuses.

Bereavement leave will normally be granted unless there are unusual business needs or staffing requirements. Employees
may, with their supervisors' approval, use any available paid leave for additional time off as necessary.

For the purpose of this policy, "immediate family" generally includes anyone whose relationship with the employee is one
        of the following:
            • Spouse/domestic partner*, parent, grandparent, child, grandchildren, sibling, aunt, uncle or cousin
            • Spouse/domestic partner’s parent, child or sibling

            • Child’s spouse/domestic partner
            • Spouse/domestic partner’s grandparents or grandchildren
One day of bereavement leave may be considered for spouse/domestic partner’s first removed aunt, uncle or cousin.

*Domestic partners are defined as same-sex and opposite-sex couples who have registered with any state or local government domestic
        partnership registry.

        JURY DUTY
Diversified encourages employees to fulfill their civic responsibilities by serving jury duty when required. Employees in an
eligible classification may request up to 2 weeks of paid jury duty.

Jury duty pay will be calculated on the employee's base pay rate times the number of hours the employee would otherwise
have worked on the day of absence.

If employees are required to serve jury duty beyond the period of paid jury duty leave, they may use any available PTO or
may request an unpaid jury duty leave of absence.
