COMMERCIAL NEWS
I hope that you are well and thank you for buying this programme online. If you
bought the programme against Winchester City for last Saturday’s FA Cup game,
I hope that you enjoyed reading it and all the technology worked.
What a game it was last Saturday – all the thrills and spills of a classic FA Cup
game. The plus point was the win and some cash (£3,375 to the winners) but
the downside was that the actual game, being there, could not be witnessed by
fans from both clubs. Winchester City certainly played their part in providing
an open and exciting game and we wish them all the very best for the coming
season. I know that there were some technical difficulties with the streaming of
the game by Dave Phillips and his band of volunteers who were at the mercy of
the conditions and, hopefully, all will be running smoothly for today’s game. We
are so lucky to have people of Dave’s calibre and expertise who give up their BATH CITY FOOTBALL CLUB LTD
