For an adjective with more than



                         one  syllable  that  ends  in  “y”,




                         you must add -ier.



                           Example:



                         1) The  car  is   heavier   than   the




                              bicycle.



                         2) You are prettier than her.







                         For an adjective with more than



                         one syllable that does not ends




                         in “y”, but the adjective remains



                         unchanged, you must add more



                         before the adjective.




                        Example:



                         1)  The       butterfly        is       more



                                  beautiful than the spider.



                         2) Fried       chicken        is      more



                                 delicious than vegetable.
