Unusual long rainy season is now over and we enjoy blue sky recently. It is appropriate time to accelerate our
work on site with safety. Our product accomplishes to create blue sky. Let's obtain blue sky with our product.
Please find health and safety message as follows.

“We hold health and safety as a top priority at MPW-IND, by establishing a health and safety management
system, defining roles and responsibilities, and engaging in health and safety initiatives”

Establish and operate an Environmental Management System applicable to design, engineering,
procurement, manufacturing, project operation, in field work and all other related activities aimed at
promoting sustainable, environmentally- friendly business.

As defined in the established Mitsubishi Power Health and Safety & Environmental policies, we shall establish
an Occupational Health & Safety & Environmental Management systems as we hold the Health & and safety as
a top priority and constantly seeking to create a future suitable for mankind as well for the planet.

Management systems are important to ensure interrelated and inter linked process are operated in an
expected way. And to ensure the compliance is been followed everyone.

An OH&S Management System is important for
1. To ensure safety for everyone in the organisation and provide safe work environment
2. To identify systematically the risks and opportunities in all processes and activities
3. All applicable International, national, local safety requirements are identified and followed
4. No occupational disease to any worker in our works
5. To cultivate a safety culture & maintain the improvement trends within the organisation

An Environmental Management System is important for
1. To identify all environmental laws and being complied
2. No unknown harm to the environment
3. Identify significant aspect in our process and impact to the environment by our processes and
reduce
4. Prevent environmental accidents in our activities
5. Reduce environmental burdens.

We shall implement, maintain, and continually improve an OH&S management system (ISO 45001:2018) and
Environmental Management system (ISO 14001:2015) in MPW-IND. And it's Everyone in the organisation
responsible for EHS and shall have definite role and engaged in EHS initiatives, implementation of the
management systems. There shall be a detailed implementation plan released by EHS function.
