                      7 Healthy Habits to Become Addicted To




               I'm not typically a podcast type person, honestly I get bored with series but one
               recently caught my attention and has held it thus far.  Dr. Stephen Cabral is the
               host of Mindset and Motivation and I stumbled onto his 7 Healthy Habits to
               Become Addicted To, thought I would share, and maybe this is something we could
               work on together.



               So here they are, in no particular order...


                  1.  Get 7 hours of sleep (Go to bed by 10PM)

                 2.  Get up early to allow time to yourself
                 3.  Spend 30 minutes a day learning something you want to learn

                 4.  Move your body for at least 30 minutes a day
                 5.  Sit in quiet for 20 minutes
                 6. Review your schedule for the next day prior to your evening down time that
                    way your mind is clear
                  7.  Eat simple nutritious meals (think protein and 2 veggies)


               Life is busy.  Dr. Cabral cites studies that show if done, our quality of life and our

               health stand to improve.  He also references studies that show if we continue to
               operate sleep deprived, if we're not moving our body and not allowing time for
               ourselves, our health could drastically decline.


               The sooner you start these habits, the more likely you are to become addicted, and
               these are addictions that can improve our lives.
