Ingredients

1 Cup Salted Butter, softened
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla (or any flavoring of your choice)
3 Eggs
4 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Whip butter
and sugar together until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs to the sugar and butter mixture. In a
separate bowl combine together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the wet mixture and
mix until a smooth batter is formed.

Flour your rolling pin and rolling area. Roll out the dough to approximately 1/4 inch. Cut
out with cookie cutters of your choice. These cookies spread very little so you can put them
pretty close on the baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool on baking racks at least 20
minutes before you start decorating.
