Royal Icing
Ingredients
4 Pounds Confectioners Sugar (powdered sugar)
3/4 Cup Meringue Powder (typically find at a craft store with baking supplies)
2 Tablespoons Vanilla (or any flavoring or your choice)
1 1/3 Cup warm water
Instructions
Lightly combine powdered sugar and meringue powder. In measuring cup, combine
water and vanilla. Add water mixture to powdered sugar mixture and mix with electric
mixture until you have stiff peaks.
